Rest

Eyes heavy with the day to day to day to day
Time to lower the blinds and hang the sign
In the darkness my eyes
Elevate their feet and stretch their breath
Aahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
White noise waves caressing an imagined shore
Before receding once more
Once more once
