The Lake County Chamber of Commerce invites the community to join us in welcoming Barbecue by Biasotti with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, August 5th, 2026, from 10:45 am to 11:30 am at 14094 Lakeshore Dr, Clearlake.
This celebration marks the opening of one of Clearlake’s newest locally owned businesses and offers the community an opportunity to meet the Barbecue by Biasotti’s staff and show support for a new restaurant that is investing in Lake County.
Following the ribbon cutting, guests are encouraged to stay for lunch service, starting at 11:30 am, to enjoy the full experience at Barbecue by Biasotti’s new menu of smoked meat sandwiches, unique appetizers, and new options for veggie lovers.
“Owning our building is an exciting next step for us, and we are thrilled by the community’s response to our food and the new location,” Tim Biasotti shared with the Chamber staff. Prior to opening the business, Tim worked as a special education teacher for 15 years at Konocti Unified School District. During that period, he spent his free time perfecting recipes and catering events. His food was well received, and soon his hobby turned into a steady calendar of pop-up and catering events. Barbecue by Biasotti opened its first location in Middletown, and in 2025, when the location in Clearlake came up for sale, Tim knew he had to take the leap of faith. “I will miss Middletown- they really welcomed us and supported our run there. The move to Clearlake was the right next step for our business, and we are excited to continue to serve an excellent menu to the entire County.”
