The Lake County Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Network invites emerging professionals and career-minded community members to an evening of networking and education at its upcoming mixer, hosted by Disney’s Boat Rentals on Wednesday, August 12th, from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at 2200 Lakeshore Boulevard in Lakeport.
The evening will feature a conversation with Connor and Brandon Disney, who will share the story of their family’s entrepreneurial journey, the growth of Disney’s Boat Rentals, and how they have continued their parent’s business, and each has gone on to build additional successful businesses of their own. Their discussion will offer an honest look at the lessons learned from growing and diversifying businesses in Lake County.

Founded in 1983, Disney’s Boat Rentals has grown from parasailing into a diverse fleet of more than 30 vessels, reflecting decades of innovation and adaptability. This mixer offers a valuable opportunity to learn from that growth, gain practical insights into building and evolving a business, and connect with peers who are equally focused on professional development and expanding their impact in Lake County.
