Harvest Mendocino invites visitors to embrace the season when the Mendocino Coast comes alive with fungi. Throughout November 2026, Mushroom Month returns with guided foraging tours, wild mushroom dinners, a Skunk Train dance party, and cozy lodging specials tucked among fog-draped forests and rain-soaked redwoods.

November is prime mushroom season along the Mendocino Coast, when autumn rains coax more than 160 species up through the forest floor. Nature does the growing — and the county’s chefs, vintners, distillers, and innkeepers take it from there.
